Why Are We Remodeling?

Highway 46 ... Why Remodel?

In 2005, the Board of Directors and management of the Bank of Dickson began the process of evaluating the ability of its facilities to serve the Dickson County community into the coming years.  Through listening to our customers tell us how they would like to be served, and after evaluating many options of how best to meet your banking service needs, a renewed commitment was made to the Highway 46 main location of the bank, and a plan to revamp the entire facility was undertaken.

Our goal?  To serve you better!

You have told us that you enjoy a relationship with a personal banker who can take care of all your banking needs.  To that end, the plan to redesign the Highway 46 facility focused on some very specific goals:

  • To give our customers easy and convenient access to their personal banker;
  • To allow you the needed privacy to conduct your financial business with us;
  • To create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for you to conduct your banking business; and
  • To support for the Bank’s continued growth for many years to come.

And so the work began!

The Bank commissioned TW Frierson, the original builders of our Highway 46 offices, to design and construct our new facilities, and the project began in April of this year.  And the rest is history in the making!  Our construction to remodel the Highway 46 location is well underway, and our goal is to be completed by year end.
