First Time Login Instructions!

Step 1: Login To Online Banking

In the Online Banking box in the upper, left corner of the new Bank of Dickson home page (www.bankofdickson.com), enter your username and password that you would normally use to logon to Online Banking.  Although the logon page has changed, userIDs and passwords have remained the same.

Step 2: Answer Challenge Question and Enroll in ELS

Because the website that you login to has changed, you will receive your challenge question and you will need to enroll your computer in the Enhanced Logon Security (ELS) program again.  (see the screen shot below)  Simply provide the same answer to this question that you originally provided, exactly as you typed it originally (the answer is case sensitive), and you will proceed to the Online Banking site.  If you cannot remember the answer to your challenge question, call us at 615-446-3732 for assistance!

Here's a tip!!!  By checking the checkbox that reads "Check this box if you would like to add extra security to this computer.", you will automatically enroll the computer you are using in ELS.  However, you can also enroll your computer in ELS at a later time by going to Enhanced Login Security in the User Options section of Online Banking.

You must also enroll any other computers which had previously been enrolled in ELS, such as a work computer or other computers where you also use the Bank of Dickson website.

Step 3: New Look ... Familiar Functions

Once you have successfully logged in, you will immediately notice the new look of our Online Banking screens.  However, the functions should look very familiar.  All the useful functions that you have become familiar with are still available and can be found in the same locations as before.  We hope you like the new look!
