Email Address is Required

Because of the many email alert notifications that are possible in the new Bill Payment system, an active email address is required for each Bill Payment customer.  If the Bill Payment system does not have a current email address on file for you, you will be prompted to provide one when you enter the Bill Payment system.  If you do not enter an email address when prompted, you will continue to be prompted every time you enter the Bill Payment system.
